Mandelic Acid Facial Toner (5%)

Altogether Lovely Facial Toner contains mandelic acid which is a gentle alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from bitter almonds. Mandelic acid's powerful antibacterial properties, gentle exfoliating attributes, and cell-turnover-activating abilities team up to defeat acne, dull skin, uneven texture, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines and wrinkles. It does the latter by boosting collagen production. Mandelic acid is excellent for all skintones but is especially one of the best acid selections for those with darker complexions because it won't exacerbate discoloration. Instead, it will decrease the appearance of dark spots due to acne, sun exposure, or otherwise.

Ingredients: Distilled water, Witch Hazel, Glycerin, Aloe Vera Juice, Lemon Essential Oil.

Instructions: Mandelic Acid Toner (5%) can be used daily. Apply to face using a cotton ball or pad after cleansing to gently remove any left over impurities or residue, follow up with our Rose Hip Moisturizer, and use a daily SPF when exposing your skin to the sun.

As with all cosmetics and skincare products do a patch test prior to use, if irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs discontinue use. If skin irritation develops after several days or weeks of using mandelic acid, this might be due to overuse. Reduce the number of times you use products containing mandelic acid per day to see if your skin improves.
